We want every purchase from INDIJOY TOYS to bring happiness.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

✅ Eligibility

• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

• A valid proof of purchase (order ID, invoice) is required.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.

• Customized or personalized toys.

• Clearance or “Final Sale” items.

🔄 Return Process

1. Request a Return

2. Pack the Item

   • Place the product securely in its original packaging.

3. Pick-Up / Drop-Off

   • Our courier partner will schedule a pickup, or we’ll share the nearest drop-off location.

4. Refund / Exchange

   • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

   • Exchanges will be shipped once the return is approved.
